VINTAGE WEAR-EVER 205 Stainless 3 pc CARVING SET original box, missing Sharpener $3.50 looks almost unused, I think folks get these for wedding or Christmas gifts and never really used them. 1950's-60's?

I think you're right. We have a three piece set with knife, fork, and steel, in a velvet and satin lined box.
