Robeson paring knife

Here is a nice inexpensively made Robeson Paring knife. 3 3/8" blade and 7 3/8" overall.
The thin flexible blade got quite sharp. Great little shallot knife.

Very neat, I see that handle configuration used most often on inexpesive utility knives like linoleum and carpet knives. Nice to see something with a blade shape more practical for the kitchen ::tu::
