Montgomery Ward

Friday's find 50 cents. Montgomery Ward stainless steel. blade 8 inch 12.5 inches total. Any idea who made it as I liked the heavy bolsters. Tang thru. 2 rivets. Thanks, Bob

Someone told me who made most of MW's knives but I have since forgotten. Good looking knife and for 4 bits it's even better. Appears to have some edge deformation under the "L" in steel but that can be quickly rectified. I think that will serve you well for many years. Nice find mrwatch. ::tu::

Thanks and yes the blade has been abused. But that will be fixed. I will probably never use it but for that price hard too turn down.
