ENDED-2014 Johnnie Fain Memorial auction Fairmont bartenders

Post by orvet »

This is a Christmas 2014 Johnnie Fain Memorial knife auction.
Johnnie was a Moderator here on AAPK until his death in March of 2009.
These knives are from Johnnie’s collection; the proceeds go to his widow, Annettee.

This auction is for the following knife:
This is a Fairmont cutlery company bartenders knife, built on the lobster pattern.
It has a spear blade, corkscrew and cap lifter on the end. The handles appear to be brass.
Fairmont Cutlery Co. was a brand produced by Camillus Cutlery in the 1930s, according to the Kastor List in the Knife World article a couple years ago.

This auction will end at 5 PM, Pacific Time on Sunday, December 14, 2014, if there have been no bids within 1 hours of that time. If there have been bids, the auction will continue until such time as there are no bids for 1 hour. At that time the high bidder will be declared the winner.

These auctions are open to ALL members of AAPK. If you knew Johnnie, here is a chance to get a knife from his collection. If you didn’t know Johnnie, that is OK too, Johnnie would like the knives to go to someone who would enjoy them just like he did. Bid early & bid often, all proceeds go to Johnnie’s widow, it is all for a good cause!

After the auction has ended I will contact the winner with the total price. If you win multiple auctions I will combine the shipping. The auction winner pays cost of shipping & insurance and all proceeds from the knives go to Johnnie’s widow, Annettee. Shipping will be by USPS Priority Mail flat rate box.
Make the money order payable to Annettee Fain. PLEASE- DO NOT make the payment out to me!!!
Payment will be by money order only.
Upon receipt of payment the knife will be shipped.
