I have recently acquired a working switchblade made out of mother of pearl silver or stainless steel.
The only marking on it is the word "Italy" which is on blade. Looking for advice or helpful information to figure out who made /brand the knife is and value of it.. there is a crack on the handle front and back. Please see the photos attached
thanks

Hi, aimeenigh, to AAPK!
You'd probably do better in the Knife Q&A subforum with a question like this trying to identify your knife. The auctions subforum receives less traffic and the people who read threads here are usually looking for ongoing knife auctions, or followups to completed ones.
One of our enterprising mods may be along shortly to move this thread to the appropriate place, so if you just wait for a bit you might start to get some replies. Unfortunately, your photos didn't post correctly -- there is a thread on how to post photos on AAPK here.
Good luck and enjoy the forum!
