A close up picture of the tang stamp might help, if it is legible. Apart from having a brand name and the tang stamp it is difficult to date the knife.

It is not legible through the camera but there are no symbols and it says in this order

Per Goins’ Encyclopedia of Cutlery Markings the Stainless Cutlery Co. New York City stamp was used c 1924-1940. It was a brand owned and used by Camillus Cutlery Co.

I know of no way to narrow it down further. Welcome to AAPK.
