I have 2 knives I’d like help with some info on. I’ve attempted the solingen numerous times & can’t find anything. The case I’ve found a little. Between 1920-1940 I think.
But anyway, the solingen is what I’d like help with the most. Pics below. Thanks in advance!!

Eduard Wustoff, Solingen 1814-today. Still make a lot of kitchen cutlery. Age ??? Nice one.
Case is a "Florist" pattern, maybe #61048. "Tested" stamp c.1932-1940
Good luck. J.O'.

The German knife is called a "Stockman" pattern, very popular. It looks to be maybe the 1920's but it's hard to tell. I don't know of any dating info for Wusthof. Genuine stag handles. Very nice. J.O'.

According to Anthony Carter, "Pocket knives made since the 1950s have been marked with an encircled trident above DREIZACK". That's not much of a narrowing-down, but there it is.

The Case is a 48 pattern, usually called either a barehead trapper or farmer's knife (usually the two-blade version). Shame that the blade is tipped.

Florist pattern? It is a slimline trapper often referred to as a Farmer’s knife.Ridgegrass wrote: ↑Fri Nov 11, 2022 7:43 pm Eduard Wustoff, Solingen 1814-today. Still make a lot of kitchen cutlery. Age ??? Nice one.

Thanks for all the info guys!! I’m a new collector & new here as well. I prefer sentiment over monetary value, but that’ll be the next question in a different thread I think lol
