whats knife?

Ive had this knife for about a year i inherited it from my grandfather the only info ive got is two pictures i found and a name. it has "Parker Cut.CO" on the blade

Parker was a big name in the knife industry owning several different companies. Open your knife and at the bottom of the blade near the handle is the tang. On it something is likely printed. Please photograph it closeup and post it, or at least tell us what you can read. Then someone may be able to provide some further information.

I'm a fan of Parker knives kuviv, and yours looks to be a well used example. I also want to ::welcome:: you to AAPK! ::handshake:: 8)

That's a Parker knife that was available I believe some time in the early eighties. They had a white plastic insert in the handles and a black coated blade with some kind of samurai theme. In mint condition they might go for around $20.

I've seen those and nearly bought one Eric, I think they have nice lines and are pretty cool knives. The knife in the OP looks exactly like the one you posted minus the white insert. 8)
