Couple knifes I,d love to know more about so need your help

Hello everybody,
I got in hold of these two kinda old knofes tjqt I'd love to lnow more about. When were they manufactured and by whom? How valuable aee them? Rly any kinda information I would appreciate a lot. The other one of these were on some website worth 350$ ans I'm not sure whether I believe it to be true but thanks to everybody already for the information!
