Case XX Question

Post by DMLEATH »

Good evening! I have this little Case knife that I need some help with. The number is wore off but looks like 2223 1/2 or 2228 1/2. I could not find any similar numbers on EBay. Does anyone recognize it and could help? Thanks

Hi; your knife is a 2229-1/2. Collectors call it the "Tadpole". Case XX stamp, 1940-64.
