Three Crosses Tang Stamp?

Hey Fine Folks,

This Folding lockback has Three Crosses on the front and back tang. Does anyone know the maker of this knife?

I have never seen this marking before so it is not a common one.

Maybe a Matt Bailey? May be an early mark he used ::shrug::
