Welcome to AAPK. Obviously a Kennedy campaign advertising give-away. Unless the knife has some other markings on it you probably wrote all there is to know about it in your post.

Welcome to the forums! Your knife is what is commonly referred to as a,"coin knife". They were popularized by Eloi Pernet of France who took large old French coins;cut them in two pieces and fitted blades in between the two halves before putting them back together. The originals sell for quite a sum.
This one looks to be made by either Imperial or Ambassador(an Imperial sub brand)no earlier than the 1960's and likely a bit later. These will sometimes have a file secondary blade.They don't sell for a whole lot but they are unique.
