I don't know who made it, but from the looks of the jigging, it was made in Pakistan.

Yes, between the jigging pattern on the bone and the brass pivot pin, it was made in Pakistan. Knifes that were made in "collectors series" are usually worth less than the same knife in a regular series. In this case, there is no real value to the knife except for sentimental value.
