Looks a little like a Camillus pattern to me, but let the experts on this site chime in. There are some real wizards here that will clear this up.

At a glance I would say no. After looking closer still no. Pen in front of the master on a jack is not the typical Case construction. Rogers bone possibly okay but again not the norm. I don't think this knife matches any Case I am familiar with. Pen blade stamp looks to be quite low on the tang. Could be a contract knife but I don't think so.

Thanks for the thoughts. I did think it looked more like a newer cumilius and had trouble believing the pen would be in front. My first thought when buying the knife was it had been disassembled and blades replaced. Especially with the pen blade not fitting, almost like it had come from a stockman or some other 3 blade. I still wonder if the stamp on the spear is real and I will try to post better pictures later

What is the closed length of the knife?

Hope you don’t mind I worked on improving your pictures a little. Maybe that might help.

While I have some lingering questions regarding the OP knife, I have see and own several examples of Jacks with the Pen blade in front of the Master Clip blade. IIRC, they did this on some 31 1/2 and 35 1/2 Swell End Jacks.

On the knife in the OP, I am more struggling with the bone and jigging, as well as the shape of the tang on the secondary Pen. And the shape of the frame is not immediately recognizable as a Case pattern. Although, it could be a 14.

That's why I requested the length.

Pen blade stamp is definitely bad.The edges/corners of the letters are rounded. They would be square on an old stamp. Also the jigging looks to be later vintage 30/40's era.

The knife closed is almost 3.5"
The pin blade is 1.75"
The main blade is 2.5"
