Anybody know what this is for?? It only cuts 1/2" Rather small for a cigar I would think. It is only marked Germany. Thanks in advance!!

Most cigar cutters I've seen are even smaller than 1/2". Maybe it's a circumcision tool for squirrels or other small creatures!

2 how do you get the squirrel to stay still during the procedure?
3. Do candle wicks come that large?

cigar cutters are not for cutting the cigar in half but just to trim the end off to make a hole big enough to draw thru. Watch old movies, there guys often just nip the tip of the cigar with their teeth. A cigar cutter was more refined and eliminated the need to look around for a place to spit the tip when indoors. Thanks
