Piece has 1 blade and 1 File.
There are 2 shields, one one on either side. One is "Case" the other is "HWI"
Any info would be appreciate. Can't find in the books or online.

Your knife was made by Case in 1991 for Hardware Wholesalers Incorporated (HWI)—a US-based wholesale hardware dealers’ buying co-op.
