Knife is marked sheffield usa look like enamel over gold or gold filled. the fob isn't stamped but looks like gold instead of brass.

I have quite a few so-called,"watch fob" knives so marked. They are mostly skeleton knives that were sold to jewelers who added their own handles. I have not seen this one before nor any knife marked "Sheffield U.S.A.".
