Tang stamp help

Does anyone know this maker? The other side has Solingen Germany.
I have not seen this logo before. Likely it is in Anthony Cater's book "German Knife & Sword Makers" but with over 600 pages it will take time to find.
On page 627 there is a list of "Horse Ass Mule" logos but this horse with a stick in a circle is not there.
