Scott, are you asking if knife was made at the Camillus factory before closing in 2007 ?
The tang markings look like those i have seen on Camillus branded knives made after Camillus was closed and sold.

Looks a lot like the Camillus-built Imperial Frontier Double Eagle 4515 Sportsman but with a plastic handle. The blade shape looks somewhat different, but it could be to the sharpening wear on your example. To me, the green handles suggest that it might be Ducks Unlimited-related. Camillus also made later examples sold as both Craftsman and Camillus.

The handle & blade shapes are all Camillus. They made this knife with a wood handle, i forget the pattern #. So it is a Camillus pattern but if this was made in Camillus factory before 2007 i do not know.
