Any info on this Colonial Knife

I know this knife is a Colonial. Can anyone shed some additional light on it?

I'm sorry that no one has gotten back to you yet, I can only offer a limited knowledge on the subject. There is a Colonial knife subforum here that should answer any questions you have, the link below has a little general information for you. Those knives were inexpensive user knives for decades, but the steel they use is quite easy to sharpen and holds a decent edge for a good while.
