Best guess is IHER of Spain. According to Goins 1960 to 1980 with no other info given.

I was guessing the first letter to be a "F" or "J" did not find anything using those letters. I did find IHER in my goings after your seeing your reply. I will continue searching the old interweb for IHER.

Thanks for the input. The collective knowledge on this forum is awesome.
