Who Made This Knife?

I know this knife isn't very exciting or valuable. But I like it and it bugs me to have a knife and not know who made it. Can you ID it?
The mark is three lines. The top line looks like 8 or 9 letters in a slight arch but I can't read them.
The second line is: "N.Y. CITY"
The third line is: "U.S.A."

Kent.
A name used by A.Kastor and Camillus for knives they made for Woolworths.

Thanks, Kent, for that info. You are no doubt correct. In addition to who made the knife I really want to know what the first line of the mark says.
Does anyone know?

I think Syracuse stamped their knives that way.

I meant "Kent" was the tang stamp of the knife.
I have a similar knife with the tang stamp :
KENT
NY CITY
USA

Just re-looked at the tang stamp and can see a very faint T on the end of the first line so I will go with Kent
