Pocket knife 5 tools including mini comb

I some where over the years found this little pocket knife. From what I can tell it has no stamps or etchings. It has 5 tools which may help identify the knife. I have been trying to determine how old it is and who the maker may be. Attaching photos....

Hard to say who made it but I would guess English or European made. Two toothpicks, button hook and a mustache comb. Made before 1920 in my opinion. Handles and one of the toothpicks could be tortoise shell. Nice little knife for sure.
