LargeSurvival Knife

I picked this Large Survival type knives in our travels in a RV. It's a large heavy duty Knife with 3/16" thick blade, heavy enough to chop tree limbs or kindling wood. the heavy nylon sheath is wrapped with a section of survival cord, and has a blade lock The all stainless steel blade is etched on one side MAXAM, on the other side- Mfg. in China -Nath'l Headquarters - USA. This knife weighs just under two lbs. by itself. Can anyone help Identify It, and estimate it's worth?
