10 blade pocket knife identification help
10 blade pocket knife identification help
Came across this at a yard sale and just couldn't resist.
Can anyone tell me ANYTHING about it?? I've never seen anything like it. I know very little about knives.
All the foldouts are sharp knives of different length and width. I can't find any makers name or mark on it but one of the blades does say "stainless Pakistan"

Re: 10 blade pocket knife identification help
Pakistan produces a tremendous number of knives which are imported into the U.S. market. Many bear no brand markings. Most are of modest quality (at best) and don't bring premium prices in the marketplace. Your knife is, if nothing else, a unique conversation piece simply based upon its unusual design.

I bought one very similar to it at a pawn shop in Ohio about 7 years ago and paid $10 for it. A buck a blade! Actually the quality isn't all that bad. Basically 2 5 blade trappers put together.

You could throw that thing at someone...with blades closed and still kill them

Interesting novelty piece. Not very practical I suspect - if you carry it you'd need both a belt and suspenders to keep your pants up "

I have one that is even bigger(thirteen back springs!).My suggestion for using one of those is to put it inside a heavy woolen sock and use it for a mace.Mumbleypeg wrote:Interesting novelty piece. I was gifted a wenger swiss army type knife that is about 2" wide with a dozen or so blades and tools. Similar to rhe victorinox swiss champ. Like it was said, a good conversation piece. Not practical for any real serious work. I still like it though.

They can be handy as weights when trotlining for catfish.
