Might be NAUGATUCK CUTLERY, which would be a Connecticut brand. I hope that Longblade sees this one.

There were actually two companies bearing the "Naugatuck Cutlery" name.
I used to live there so this thread sparked my interest...

https://www.google.com/search?client=op ... VsQsuj1yUI

That google search turns up lawsuits, internal company disputes, and general mayhem in that companies short term.

Another interesting fact on Naugatuck is it is a waste dump from the turn of the century. Clean-ups from the 1700's right thru to the 1970's are STILL taking place there.
I know MANY people born, and raised there that have prematurely lost family members to all types of cancers.

If you hunt around, artifacts from the early industrial days are all over the place there.

I hope this is on track with the topic looking for info on the company... There is a LOT of printed info. on the net...

Beautiful example sir.
They must have been very prolific in their short term. I never would have imagined that there could be two examples on the same forum.

Just because I lived there I have to go out, and try to find one myself.
Very interesting.
