This was a three blade electricians knife that I found in my project box. I eliminated the screwdriver and the bail (personal preference, I don't like either one of those things). Then I installed some hunter green scales in the American standard pattern. The blades were just touched up with some 600 and 1000 grit paper to remove a few obvious spots.
It turned out pretty good;
