I just finished up this stockman for Sundog. He liked the knife, but didn't care for the original shell handles. He had seen a few of the conversions that I have done on these, so he dropped this one off the other day for the work to be done. He decided on black paper Micarta for the handle material. With new .032" brass liners, 1/8" thick nickle silver bolsters, and 1/8" black paper Micarta handle material, it is a very heavy, solid stockman. The customer seemed to like it.

Most excellent!
