Adjusting "walk" on folder

Post by SElliott »

:o Ok..understanding how to "tighten" loose blades on folding knives to take out wobble through peining the pins, is there any way to adjust knives that have no "walk"?..meaning, the blades not only need opened fully by hand, but closed as well. Main clip blade snaps open after midpoint is reached, but has zero snap when closing. Both other blades have no snap opening or closing.

normally a worn tang and/or spring is the culprit. this requires either replacing the offending part or welding in the missing metal
