If the etch is a deep etch, I described a process that I have successfully used to refurbish a deep etch in my very first post back in January 2016. The thread was just titled "Question." Not really sure how to link to it for you.

If the etch is real shallow, or just surface printed on the blade, the process won't work. It works best on the deep etchs used in older knives.

Thank You Gary , I am Very Interested , I will Search out Your Post , I Do Have Knives of Lesser Value , Except to Me I would like to Further Explore the Possibilities on , Such as You suggested with the Deeper Etching , ::tu:: KC
