What is it?

Let's see if anyone can guess what this part I just made is for. There are three different diameters and a a short square section machined onto this piece of nickel round stock.

Just pulled this one of my....... er I mean the air. Is it a torsion spring bar for a lock back?

Nickel stock, hmmm. So, not hard, so it's not a tool really. Is it a slot gauge of some kind?

Was a lesson in pivot pin manufacture thats for sure :lol:
