Tl-29 rehandle?

::paranoid::

I bought one of the last ones. im not very impressed with how the handle fits, and came with a nick in one of the bolsters. I'll try to take some pics. I was wondering if there is anyone who I could hire to rehandle and polish up the bolster. I could buy the material at culpepper and ship it with the project knife. I'm a rookie so if my inquiry / request is incorrect or in bad form please feel free to correct me.

I've seen the work you guys have done and I'm impressed. Please Pm me with comments

There a handful of fine mechanics on the site. I am way behind on orders due to illness and family issues, otherwise I would offer my services. However, perhaps Orvet, Elvis, MuskratMan, etc. may be able to assist.

Like Glenn I have a backlog and I am still recuperating from surgery. To be fair to my customers that already have work in my shop, I am not taking new orders until my backlog is caught up and I am feeling much better.

There are still a number of other good knife mechanics here on AAPK that can to an excellent job forget you.

Normally I don't do knife work for money Stakeknife, more of a hobby for me. However if seen some of the stuff I have posted and you like what you see, I'm more than willing to take a swing at it. Pm me with pictures of your knife so I know what I'm getting into. Then we can talk business.

I'd be happy to give it a go but have a 4-5 month turnaround. If that's not an issue drop me an email ::tu::
