Keen-blade

Anyone here ever seen a Keen-blade knife..
It is not a Keen Kutter
Tang stamp says Keen- Blade????

If you can post photos of the said knife we may be able to tell who made it. For instance Keen Kutter was a brand name, they did not make knives.
