I bought this pocket knife today, another Imperial "Deer Head." A soon to be, much welcomed, new addition to the zoo. It appears to be in Near Mint to Mint condition. When I receive it, I will give it the once over. I will post my pictures in the appropriate location(s). These pictures are the seller's.

I received this Imperial "Deer Head" pocket knife yesterday. I didn't have to do any cleaning at all, it is flawless. A most welcome addition to the zoo. These pictures are mine.

Hi Tom. I'll answer your question from the "Mail Call" in this thread. You wanted to see the herd, you'll see the herd.
The first 4 or top 4 pictures are of the folding herd. The 5th picture is of the fixed herd and ALL 4 are different (besides the color of the handles). The last or very bottom picture is of the knives with serrated blades (wonda edges). Click on a picture to ENLARGE.

I find it amazing how cool they look lined up like that! Totally different feeling than if you look at one or two of them in my opinion. The red one & the blue ones just jump right out at you. Must be the brighter colors. Nice herd Skip! Very pleased to see them again.

This knife is posted on the first page of this thread but I never added any info about it. You'll like this Skip - it's another mark to add to your hunt.
Dos Ciervos (Two Deer) is associated with Cuchilleria Imperial and were likely contract knives. This would have been made after Imperial sold the division to Associated. These are far and few between. I've only seen about five of them and that includes the two I own.

That is a very fine looking knife Jason. ::tu:: I doubt that I'll ever find one, but you never know. I still enjoy the thrill of the hunt.

This Imperial, "Longhorn Steer" pocket knife will hopefully be joining the zoo soon. It has a few issues. But when I receive it, I'll give it a cleaning and post MY pictures in the appropriate location(s). This picture is the seller's.

VERY nice collection. ::tu:: I obtained my first one in July 2019. I now have 18 and 2 more coming in the mail. I also have 4 of the "moose head" fixed blade knives. The hunt is half the fun!
