Just picked up another Grahamsville to go with the one I had! Poor sharpening job on it.

I have not seen that stamp before, but it's just like you to come up with the unusual stamp we can all learn from.

Attica Knife Co., Goins book says best guess, g. 1875-1900 hard to find stamp. Look quite like the Russell made "BOY OF AMERICA" knives.

Btrwtr that is interesting. Im gonna dig my Russell out. I know they don't have tang stamps and were made by J Wards.

Thanks Joe! That Attica is a Cattaraugus product one of their secondary marked knives along with Valley Falls. Still love that one. Here is another one with a chain.

Kerry - Nice old Miller Bros

.. hard to date that cutlery by the stamp but I would say +/- 1900 ... Goins notes for that specific Miller Bros stamp 1863-1926 but 1863-1872 they were in Yaleville & Wallingford CT so given Meriden is on the stamp I would say 1872-1926...

Wayne - Interesting for sure... The Attica no doubt has great similarities to the Russell - I have the latter. I actually never knew Attica made those as well (or was there a connection between them as Russell did a fair amount of contract work

) - pretty cool either way!!

Mike - That M&G is sweet - whole knife and etch is superb!!

Here is another one, it's marked CCC Little Valley NY. 2 5/8" closed. I have 2 single bladed ones, I think I posted one of those, but this is the first 2 bladed one I've seen.

Dimitri - Does that Gardner have their patented folded bolsters? I have a single blade Gardner Boys Knife with those bolsters but hard to tell from the photo..

Here are four I found while arranging my sock drawer.

Made in USA PAT APL'D, Keen Kutter, IKCO and original Camco Lone Ranger. Hard to see but the KK had the logo pressed into the handle.
