And rightly so! Say, Jerry, is your 72nd birthday going to be extra special? :D
I didn't even think about that. It came and went with little to no fanfare.

That is a beautiful old Case. What's the closed length of it?

Jerry, I concur with Lawrence, your Puma collection is wonderful. I also like really like the Camillus Coca Cola.

While this is just being nit picky and of course I love seeing them here no matter what the variety, S-K’s Camillus on the last page is a cattle knife (looks to be a nice example of the WWII air corps knife), and your lovely Case Bradford, Farside, is as well (unless Case labeled this as a stockman). I think a defining feature of the stock knife is one with a clip blade as the master. Farside, your case is delightful. I think an appropriate name for it would be a fancy premier (or premium) cattle knife (fancy being the pearl handles, premier being the shape, and cattle knife being the blade arrangement with a spear as the master).
Great knives all,

I can't be sure if there is enough serpent teenyness to be a stockman (I think there IS) but I AM sure that I love that knife! Thanks for showing it! ::tu:: ::tu:: ::tu:: ::tu:: ::tu:: ::tu:: ::tu::

I would think for any Schrade guy an example of all four of the OT stockmans is a must have.

That must be a really sturdy feeling one Greg, really nice. How common or uncommon were case steel liners like this?

This is my favorite and most treasured stockman.

Paul that is a common trait to wartime material shortages. That makes them a bit more rare and historic to me but I don't have any empirical data to back that up. They needed all the brass they could get for shell casings.

I just got outbid on a 98OT just a few mins ago. ::disgust::

There is also the 61OT Slim I'm hunting for. But would those two styles still be considered stockmans?
