I could look at these ebony jacks all day. This one is barely used and has three of my favorite things Ebony, Spear blade and a strong honk falls stamp.

Hey Guys, Never seen this pattern before. Awesome name,,,Big Chunk of a knife at 4 3/8" closed. Notice the shield is on BOTH sides of handle. Had to post it before I list on ebay or it gets away from me. 1800's era Canastota

That Canastota looks like a swell-center moose that just didn't fully swell. Kind of a barrel shape. To my eyes, at least. The shields on both sides is very cool. I like it! ::tu::

I'm working on using this first run beer scout in Ebony..just lent it to my brother to try it out for a while...he is more of a Spyderco guy..trying to convert him to the Traditionals :lol:
