Beautiful bunch of old and rare barlows, Sander Knives! ::tu:: ::tu:: I really like the bolsters stamps on the La Belles and the Miller Bros., and the bolster on the Adpolphus is unique. That three blade La Belle is pretty special as well.

Great bunch of Barlow's Darell and Matt, always love seeing the old ones and the vast variety of vintage Barlow's.

You guys may find this one interesting, I have always associated the ONB stamp with German made knives but I found this Barlow with an ONB bolster and tang stamped Furness England.

Hey John R wonderful ONB you have I absolutely love the old long bolster English Barlows. One must remember that the Barlow was the cheapest made knife going. I am thouroughly convinced from seeing all the blade variations that there was no rime or reason to putting these things together. I think they used whatever parts they had to get them out the door The rest of you chime in here if you want. I am always looking for info and marks I have never seen before Here are a few for you viewing pleasure. You all will soon learn that I have a great passion for barlows and hope someday to do a book

ATB. Just marked Sheffield
MF&S marked 1780 on main blade and Charles Furness on the little blade. Only Charles Furness blade I have ever seen.
ONB. First one Furness Sheffield
ONB second one marked Matthew with touch marks
Oak Sheffield
AFC. Frasure & co. Sheffield
M&S. Madden & Sons Sheffield
B4 Any. F Ward Sheffield

Darrell, you really have put together a great collection of old Barlows, love seeing them.

Added these 2 this week, a nice Wostenholm with a spey main and very nice jigging and a Camillus with a rounded sheepsfoot and very nice saw cut.
