That'a a very nice Winchester Ike, vintage dog-legs are not that easy to find ::tu::

A few that I have, a bone Winchester, a pair of different size Ulsters and a Southington.

Here's a group. The smaller ones are too big to be peanuts and maybe too small to be doglegs , (according to Levine). Debatable.
Top, L to R: CATT----?(Catt, Remington?)-----IKCo.
Bot: BERKSHIRE----MASTERCRAFT

Pacific Hardware and Steel 1901-1918 3 3/4” made by Napanoch. I’ve had this for years. Wanted to put it on this thread. Harold

Picked up this Fox Cutlery Co large dog-leg, really a well made knife with ebony that has some faint brown streaks in it. I can find next to nothing about Fox other than they were in Wisconsin and may date back to the 1800's. I don't think they made their knives and most came from Germany. This one is not marked Germany and is very similar to my Ulsters.
