Mike, I am guessing a Hungarian Scout knife, What a great find ::tu:: ::tu::
Have you found many scout knives with the countries version of the scout logo?
Great find Mike! I’m thinking the stamp might be ROBERT STEEL. Has the scout fleur-d-lis emblem, the other side is obviously the Buda Castle in Budapest. The other stamp, “Varpoluta” is a city in Hungary.

Nice find, don't see many of those with that stamp. Not an "official" Boy Scouts of America knife as far as i know. I'd guess it is from the time when the BSA was sending notices and filing lawsuits against companies marking knives as "Boy Scouts", "Be Prepared" etc without being approved and licensed by the BSA to do so. I believe that was up until WWII.
