Help me identify this knife

Post by StormLakeArms »

I recently won an auction on several used knives, most of which I have been able to identify, but this one eludes me. I haven't received the shipment yet, but these are pictures from the auction. Does anyone know who might have made this knife and the approximate value? The picture is a bit deceiving, it looks like a rather small knife, maybe 4.5"-5.5" overall. Thanks!

I agree, made in Pakistan. Value in my opinion is low.

As said it's a Pakistani made knife, not a high value and not very collectable.

here's an image of your knife being forged .... in Pakistan .... Pakistani Damascus is made the same way as other higher quality Damascus is, just with considerably less quality control and extremely iffy heat treatment. Not all Pakistani made blades are bad, but the quality is all over the place

Thanks for the input everyone. At least the rest of the auction batch were worth it.

Not if the guy is making crap knives. Unfortunately some mistake quality of results for "equity". ::doh::

So what I received is even weirder than I expected. Here's a photo I took of it. I'd really be curious if anyone had any more information on this.

Lol. I didn’t see that coming! I wonder if the original purchaser knew it was so little.

My wife has a habit of not understanding measurements and buying absurdly small or large versions of common items by accident. Like a jar of mayo the size of a shot glass. Lol.
