Forgot to mention that LF&C made 2 different versions - this one had the thicker heavy guard while the other was a thin oval guard... This knife probably due to the guard has some amazing heft to it (though you can see the thick tang through the handle as well)... about as solid as they can get :) ...

Not much been said here in a year or so I was hoping I could jump start it off again. I just made a purchase of. Collum and Duff and a GW Stone. I've been looking for a match to the Collum and Duff to see what others have sold for and I can only find a similar knife with a scrimshaw.
