Wilbert w/ bone pocket knife

Not sure who made this Wilbert ( Nap or ? ) with bone covers . Very solid knife, half stops on both blade and tool . 3 and 5/8 inches long from tip of bolster to tip of bolster. Looks to be original finish . 315 .00 shipped .
