Two vintage Schrade knives.

Great knives to restore.

#1 - Schrade Walden NY USA, 863Y. Rare non-cataloged 863 with yellow handles.

Strong snap on all blades, no wobble.

Clip blade is full and has the pattern number 863Y stamped.

As the photos show, each small blade has wear.

Yellow handles (older celluloid type, not Delrin) have no cracks or damage.

This would be an easy restore, since the small blades are not marked.

This knife has conventional pinned bolsters, pre-Swinden.

#2 - SCHRADE CUT CO WALDEN NY (marked on both blades).

Folding hunter. Both blades have strong snap, no wobble.

Blades are full and have much of the original finish with stains and patina.

Cracked ice handles.

As the photos show, each handle has a few minor stress lines at pins, and the front handle has pulled away at the top.
