This is the famous Queen Cutlery “Jet” knife, #25 toothpick.
Made from the late 40’s to the mid 50’s.
Jigged black handles have no cracks or damage.
Full blade, original finish and edge - never sharpened.
The blade action works strongly, blade has slight side play when open.
This knife has two issues that I believe are common with this knife in general.
#1 – the blade sometimes “peeks” above the handle when you close the blade – this can be corrected if you press the blade down and move the button back and forth a bit.
#2 – the sliding “safety” slider seems to do nothing – the pushbutton works and propels the blade out with the slider in either position.

Holy moly mate! You know how rare these are... And in mighty fine condition to boot.
The snagger is going to be one happy collector, that's for sure.
