It's a Remington R103-B Old Reliable made in 2004, probably by Camillus.
Has bone handles. Walk and talk is good but there is a bit of back and forth play (rocking) on each blade in the half stop position. It's really not an issue since no one uses a knife in the half stop position. If you're a collector and are looking for a perfect knife, pass on this one. Strictly and EDC.
