This is a 3 5/8" 2 blade regular Jack marked on both tangs: "Ebro/J. Wostenholm/& Sons/Sheffield & N.Y." The master blade is etched" Maltese Cross "Ebro" Maltese Cross/"Granted 1773".
Walk & Talk is crisp, both blades, and both have half stops. Zero blade play.
I think this knife has not ever been used and never sharpened. Never cleaned. Hence original blade finish and original blade edges.
I thought this knife was made by Wostenholm in Sheffield in mid to late 1800's. I posted it here in BF and discovered it was made in U.S.A. between 1904-06, likely by Camillus. Here is the thread: well worth reading for history buffs:

Note the wood is not as dark as in pics. Lots of rich deep brown, like Rosewood.
