Very nice Petty palette knife, Miller Bros.
There are no folding palette knives shown in that catalog, but there is a large selection of fixed blade palette knives offered.

Here is a nice little sway back Petty with a Wharncliffe blade. Flush tang at the bolsters with half stop.
Neat little guy. 2 3/4" closed.

FRJ, that's a fine old knife that sure packs a lot of character into a small package.
