Got this delivered today unused in the box a little bit of tarnish but otherwise perfect

It seems to be in brown horn and came hair shaving sharp

With a little tab lock on the blade

In carbon Steel around 1900 give or take

It looks like a "Smoker's Knife" ? with a flattened end to tamp tobacco into a pipe bowl.
Absolutely remarkable to get this knife new in original box over 100 years since it left the factory. "Her Majesty" was last used in 1901.
Thank you for showing us this museum quality piece of cutlery and associated box & packaging. Find of a lifetime !

Beautiful knife.
The stamp on the blade is one of the best impressions of its kind I have seen.
I haven't seen very many but the usual stamp is often lopsided in some way.

Great knife....I really like that the tools are removed from the knife to be used. Unlike knifes today with similar tools yours would be easy to use, which can not be said for a lot of knives today. Be proud of your knife!

Me thinks that tool is a Phillips screwdriver!

Don't think so as that wasn't invented until the early 1930's.

I think it is a Roach Clip. Squeeze the handle and jaws open. pick up something tiny by releasing pressure on the handle pieces.

Yep you squeeze the arms and the jaws open just a little ...... anything they grip onto is staying gripped.

I think they would be perfect for removing splinters

Just gave the knife a light coat of renaissance wax and it is on display ..... sadly it won't be a user

Fantastic score Jaydar! That’s one I’ve never come across before, and to find one in that condition is amazing.
And the case is just icing on the cake!! Definitely one to cherish!!
