Neat old knife but not a whittler which has 3 blades & 2 springs and not called "swell belly" although it is a good descriptive term.
Swell center pen knife is what i would call it. Pen knife: basically single spring with 1 or 2 blades.
Handles must be glued on as i can see no handle pins so they could be replacement handles.
